RETURN POLICY

At this time we do not accept returns. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged packages through USPS and if you have a lost or damaged package you will have to file a claim with USPS.

We do NOT allow order cancellations. ALL sales are final, no refunds will be given for any reason. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or changed for any reason. 

If an order is cancelled per customers request, while still inside of TAT, the order will incur a 10% refund/restocking fee. 

BOUTIQUE: We accept returns on boutique items.

If an item is defective or is incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days so we can assist you. If you notify us of an issue after 3 business days; you will only be refunded via store credit if a refund is seen as fit. 

If you are returning an item to us after we have approved the return, the return must be made within 7 days of you receiving the return label. If it is not sent within 7 days, you will not receive a refund and the contents will be returned back to you. 

If you do not receive a print, you MUST send an email to our customer service (sweethearttransfershelp@gmail.com) and you MUST send a photo of packing slip AND order to help us verify. We ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR MISSING PRINTS when deemed appropriate. Shipping is not refunded.

Additionally, you are responsible for knowing how to press transfers. Transfers come with instructions but you must have the proper equipment. We suggest a high quality clam shell heat press. If you have questions please contact us.

TAT

Our TAT is listed in the banner of the website. We do our best to stay within these times.

Store hours are from 8 am to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. TAT does NOT INCLUDE weekends or holidays! If you order on a Friday afternoon your TAT does not until Monday. Please plan accordingly.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is a flat rate for different price points.

Under $40- $7.50

Over $40- $11.00

We ship through USPS and your items will have a tracking number. Once your item has been marked shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours upon receiving tracking info to see product movement. USPS can at times take 24 hours to scan packages in. Please double check your address when checking out to ensure that your item will be received quickly.
